Product Return Policy
EVENT RETURNS: PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A RETURN FROM AN EVENT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. EVENT RETURNS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE STORE CREDIT. *no exceptions
ONLINE STORE RETURNS: Because our inventory is in constant change and cannot guarantee availability at any time, we cannot guarantee an exchange but will try our best. Please note we cannot exchange items outside of the continental USA, only refund them. Returned products MUST be in absolutely new, unwashed, and unused condition for a refund. 2POOD only accepts returns for 60 days after the original date of purchase (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items should NOT SMELL LIKE DETERGENT (remember the unwashed part) STRINGS MUST BE OUT OF VELCRO, AND VELCRO CLOSED CAREFULLY, to ensure products are not damaged on return.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days of being received but can take longer in the event of item unavailability. Shipping estimates are once your item(s) leave the warehouse. International and APO delivery times vary widely, and sometimes take up to one month although most are delivered within two weeks (NOTE: all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE HELD FOR 3 DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT FOR FRAUD PREVENTION). International shipments can only be tracked to the last location of the package in the US. Orders under 1 pound in shipping weight are shipped USPS first class and orders over 1 pound are shipped USPS priority mail. Why do we ship USPS you ask…well first they deliver on Saturday. Secondly they cost less than the others for businesses that do not have the buying power of Amazon.com or Wal-Mart. We asked our customers whether they would be cool paying twice as much for shipping and the vast majority said no. We are not profitting on shipping and handling, in fact we subsidize these costs to keep the costs reasonable for customers.
While the 2POOD Store makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your items leave the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that 2POOD is not responsible for delays in shipping. If you are unable to receive your package, you may contact the carrier you selected during checkout to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to make alternate arrangements on your behalf. If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. If you decide to return an item for a refund, shipping charges are not refundable.
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent upon receipt of your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation it is because the email address entered during the order process was not correct or it is in your junk email folder.
U.S. Military Addresses
Please adhere to the following steps when entering a foreign or military address:
- Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail ONLY
- Enter Grade/Rank/Rating and full name in the “Name” field
- Enter Unit number, CM Room Number, PSC Number in the Address 1 field
- Do not add address information in Address 3 – this is too long for shipping purposes. If added, this information will be deleted and could cause your items to be undeliverable
- Enter APO (FPO) in the “City” field
- Enter Armed Forces (AA/AP/FP) in the “State” field
- Enter UNITED STATES in the country field
- Enter the ZIP code in the “ZIP” field.

No returns. Once an order is placed it is final. Be careful before you order an item and make sure you are ordering the correct size. Items will be delivered approximately by the dates indicated in the product description.
