SIZING INFORMATION

We want your experience with 2POOD to be the best possible so please use great care in selecting the sizes for your purchase. The following is offered as a guide to sizing the various 2POOD men’s and women’s shorts, leggings and belts:

MEN’S SHORTS:

v.3.1

  • elastic waist so waist sizing is somewhat flexible.
  • v.3.1s have a lace up closure.
  • Offering a moderate amount of room in the legs, these shorts should comfortably fit most body
  • Sizing Note: Small = 29-31 waist size in jeans; Medium = 32-33 waist size in jeans; Large = 33-35 waist size in jeans; XLarge = 35-37 waist size in jeans.
  • INSEAM: small, medium, and large have 9.5″ inseam; XL has a 9.75″ inseam.

Utility

  • these shorts fit like the v.3.1s with the exception that they have spandex on the side panels of the shorts instead of a side slit. We have found that this additional streching ability is very versatile for use in sports as well as lifting.
  • one of the most durable shorts in the 2POOD lineup. No side slit.
  • Internal drawstring.
  • Small = 29-31 waist size in jeans; Medium = 32-33 waist size in jeans; Large = 33-35 waist size in jeans; XLarge = 35-37 waist size in jeans.

Pendleton 1

the Pendleton series are the shortest length of the 2POOD shorts. These will fall above the knee for almost everyone and if you are over 6′ tall it will be about 3-4″ above the knee.

  • Internal drawstring.
  • These have a fitted waist but are made of 4-way stretch so the waist stretches some. 2″ side slit.
  • INSEAM: 8.5″ inseam.

v.4.0s – European fit. 9.5″ inseam; 19″ outseam. Dual side pockets (two zipper side pocket). Elastic waist. Inner waist drawstring that runs inside the entire waistband. No side slit.


Lifestyle Shorts – Modern fit. 9″ inseam; 17.5″ outseam. 3 pockets (two inner side pockets, one zipper back pocket). Elastic waist. Inner waist drawstring that runs inside the entire waistband. Scalloped side opening.


V.3.5 HYBRID VENT – Modified v.3.5 with a hybrid vent and more stylized fit and other performance attributes.

Biggest difference between the classic v.3.5 is the perforated rear panel, hybrid vent on each side, side pockets (one has zipper, one is traditional) waist-band is thinner.

V.3.5 – Shorter fit (but not shorties), moderate leg width.  Fits true to size.

Main features of the v.3.5:

– stretchy and so soft it feels like you are WODing in a cloud
– narrower, softer waistband lined with 2POOD elastic for a snug, comfortable fit
– dual zipper, mesh side pocket with capable size
– revamped low-profile side-slit
– thin contrast color waist laces
– just the right length and just the right leg volume


WOMEN’S SHORTS AND LEGGINGS:

 Sized based on 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. Recommendation is generally the same as lulu. Size 2 is petite.

XS = Petite
S = 2/4
M = 4/6
L = 6/8
XL = 10/12

METCON TRAINING BELTS:

Metcon Training Belts – please review the sizing information on the product page carefully.  When in doubt, order down a size as they tend to run big.  Smaller and tighter is better in the belts and results in solid velcro attachment.

  • Medium – for short guys and thicker legged ladies

  • XLarge – for big dudes (like over 220# or just “football big”)

KNEE SLEEVES:

Use the sizing chart below to determine which size knee sleeve is best for you. If you’re looking for a tighter, competition fit, consider selecting a sleeve one size smaller than the chart suggests.
